In the second quarter of the Big Ten showdown between No. 2 Ohio State and No. 3 Oregon, Ducks wide receiver Traeshon Holden was ejected for spitting on a Buckeye defensive back after a play in the end zone.

PORTLAND, Ore. — Ohio State sophomore wide receiver Carnell Tate will be available for Saturday night’s game at Oregon. Tate was not on the injury report the Buckeyes submitted to the Big Ten ahead of kickoff.

Oregon wide receiver Traeshon Holden was ejected from the game after spitting on Ohio State cornerback Davison Igbinosun.

Clemson coach Dabo Swinney provided an update postgame on Wesco, who is currently working as a co-starter at outside receiver for the Tigers and was second on the team in receiving yards entering Saturday. “Wesco rolled an ankle and couldn’t go,” Swinney said postgame. “He’ll be day to day. Hopefully we get him back next week.”

Also not on the travel roster are linebacker Drew Woodaz, cornerback Corian Gibson, offensive lineman Collin Sadler and defensive lineman Stephiylan Green. Sadler traveled but did not play at Florida State. Green is also out for a second straight game.

The 10th-ranked Clemson Tigers take a four-game winning streak to Winston-Salem on Saturday and a matchup with the Wake Forest Demon Deacons.
