Top-ranked Texas and No. 5 Georgia meet for the first time as SEC members, with both top-10 schools looking to boost their conference standing as the initial rankings for the 12-team College Football Playoff draw near next month.

A four-point spread can be tricky, especially with Georgia’s offense averaging almost 34 points per game. The Bulldogs are likely the toughest offense Texas will face, especially since this is only the latter’s third conference game and Oklahoma was working in a freshman quarterback (Michael Hawkins Jr.) last week.
