A major chicken recall is underway due to listeria contamination. The recall includes ready-to-eat poultry products sold at stores like Walmart and Aldi.

The Food Safety and Inspection Service announced that Brucepac, maker of ready-to-eat meat and poultry products, is recalling nearly 10 million pounds of meat, as they may have been contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes, which can cause a serious infection known as Listeriosis.
