Amidst the 21st Red Flag Warning of the summer-fall, State Fire Meteorologist cautions us not to be complacent amidst strong winds and critically dry conditions.

Much of the Central Coast except parts closest to the coastline are under a red flag warning for fire risk starting Thursday p.m. and ending Saturday

From 11 p.m. Thursday to 8 a.m., 20 to 30 mph winds out of the north will spread across the North Bay interior mountains, including the Sonoma, Mayacamas and Vaca mountains, and most of Napa County, with the exception of the valleys.
