IT giant Wipro announced on Thursday reported its quarterly results ending on September 31, 2024. The IT giant posted a 21% surge in its net profit to ₹ 3,209 crore, compared to ₹ 2,646 crore in the same period last year.

IT firm Wipro Ltd. on Thursday posted a 6.2% sequential rise in its net profit to Rs 3,227 crore in the quarter ended Sept. 30, 2024, which is higher than the consensus estimate of Rs 3,009 crore shared by analysts tracked by Bloomberg.

The companys total bookings were at t $3,561 million in the quarter under review. Among these, large deal bookings were at $1,489 million, an increase of 28.8% QoQ and 16.8% YoY in constant currency.

Gross revenue stood at Rs 22,300 crore, marking a 1.5% increase quarter-on-quarter and a 1% decline year-on-year. IT services segment revenue reached $2,660.1 million, up 1.3% QoQ and down 2% YoY.
