The body worn camera footage of the "use of force" death of state prison inmate Robert L. Brooks is soon expected to be released to the public by the state Attorney General's Office. Until then, documents filed this week with the Oneida County Clerk's Office detail the footage through the initial investigation by the Corrections Office of Special Investigation (OSI).
